Introducing FoamGlas

We’re excited to add FoamGlas to our range of structural thermal break products. FoamGlas is a bit of a unicorn product:

• Made from approx 60% recycled glass,

• Very low thermal conductivity (0.042 - 0.058 W/(mK) product dependent),

• Water/water vapour impermeable - perfect for in-grade applications,

• Non-combustible, and

• Dimensionally stable.

We’ve have two products available: 

FoamGlas®™ which comes in block form and can be machined to suit any detail, e.g. sill or parapet support. Also a good option for lightweight fill in civil/geotechnical applications with sensitive environments to avoid plastic going into the ground; and:

Perinsul HL which comes prefinished with two faces of pre-applied membrane making it the perfect solution for a masonry/slab or masonry/grade interface.
